If you have trouble retrieving your images and you had a special order then it may be a few hours before your images are available.
If you still cannot retrieve your images, consider these possibilities:
Your order did not complete. Try again, we will automatically refund any double orders.
You entered the wrong email address. Use the email address you entered at Paypal or Linkpoint.
You entered the email address or Order ID incorrectly. Double-check and try again.
You paid by check and your check hasn't cleared.
