Stock Photo Description: A stock photo of Bows and arrows on sale at Battle Abbey in England, scene of the Battle of Hastings in 1066.The event is commemorated every year on the Sunday following the anniversary of 14th October, with stalls and participants from France and England, plus some from many other countries including the US.Over 2,000 combatants fight The Battle of Hastings in an accurate re-enactment of the event which, probably more than any other, shaped the history of England.
